ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Senior professionals with decision-making authority for digitalisation of business and operational processes.
• Senior management such as C-Suite Level, General Manager, Director, Head of IT / Manufacturing / Operations / Factory / Plant / Production / Supply Chain / Digitalisation / Engineering, etc.
• Industry-leading buyers from sectors like Aerospace, Automotive, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Electrical & Electronics, Food & Beverage, and Semiconductor.
• Organisations primarily based in Southeast Asia and East Asia.
• Actively seeking partners with purchase intent within the next 12 months.
• Willing to attend at least 12 pre-scheduled meetings with recommended exhibitors.
• Commit to attending the event in person for at least 2 days, participating in meetings, networking opportunities, guided tours, and site visit programmes.
• Available to travel to Singapore from 14 - 16 October 2024.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Only applicants based in the SEA region qualify for accommodation subsidies.
• Each organisation is eligible for one subsidy offer.
• Only online applications submitted before September 1, 2024, will be accepted.
• Applications must include all required documents as specified in the form.
• Inclusion in the Hosted Buyer Programme and awarding of subsidies is at the event organisers' discretion.
• Non-compliance may result in the subsidy being rescinded.

STEP 1 - APPLY

Complete the online form with relevant company information, sourcing purposes, and supporting documents.

STEP 2 - CONFIRM

Successful applicants will be notified via email within two weeks of the submission deadline. An official invitation will be sent, which must be signed and returned within two weeks. Upon confirmation, the organiser will provide hotel confirmation.

STEP 3 - PREPARE

Indicate preferred solution providers to meet at the event and receive a customised itinerary with pre-scheduled meetings, invitations to guided tours, and offsite tours to innovation centres/smart factories.

STEP 4 - ATTEND

Attend a minimum of 2 days of the trade exhibition to fulfil scheduled business matching meetings. Participate in a brief interview to provide feedback and complete a post-show evaluation form.
