How Generative AI can drive concrete business outcomes for Industrial Manufacturing

[E-FOREST: towards auto-flex, human-centric and green manufacturing]

In the future, we expect that there will be changes in furture urban mobility environment. To this end, Hyundai Motor Company is designing a future factory based on digital transformation under the name E-FOREST. E-FOREST pursues Auto-Flex (highly advanced flexible automation), Humanity (human-centric smart application), and Green (carbon neutrality for manufacturing), and based on this, we're developing a Software-Defined Factory vision centered on data.

SDF supports continuous and agile digital transformation under the Tech Foundation, which systematically manages data. It is expected that HMGICS' sustainable digital transformation system will contribute to develop more diverse future use cases in the future. In addition, we aim to expand these use cases to Hyundai Motor Company's other global factories, enabling the entire Hyundai Motor Company to flexibly respond to the new mobility environment on digital/data foundations.
